what's your chaos?
We have all experienced the many moods of nature. The gentle whisper of a cool breeze, and the roaring rage of the storm. The spring of hope, and the gloom of incessant rains. The excited twinkling of stars sprinkled across the night sky, and the scorching glare of hot summer afternoons.
Isn’t nature a symphony of opposing forces? It is, and so is human nature. Our inner landscape also experiences weather changes.
Although samá means weather in Hindi, in most Asian spiritual practices, samá is the quest for equanimity. Samá is the willful and conscious exploration of inner thoughts and feelings. For, it is in understanding ourselves that we begin to see not just the patterns that no longer serve us, but also our strengths.
Samá, therefore, is a quest for self-compassion and witnessing of everything that our soul and body have weathered over the years. It is the grounded composure amidst inner and outer chaos.
So, whatever be your chaos, Samá offers a confidential and safe space for you to share what's on your mind. Here, you begin to let go, and understand yourself better.
If you would like to explore more, you are invited to come as you are.
hi, i am anitha
My journey into psychotherapy began with a simple but powerful belief that every person deserves to be heard and supported in their struggles. Having experienced the transformational power of counselling myself, I now look forward to being a fellow traveller for those wanting to make this journey. I was a media and marketing professional for 20 years prior to entering this field.
There is no one way to heal, and no one way to be. My approach to counselling is eclectic and non-directional, which allows your needs, experiences, and pace to guide the counselling process. I draw from different therapeutic approaches, choosing what feels most supportive for you.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, stress, grief, loneliness, self-esteem, and interpersonal and everyday challenges. Through an exploratory approach, therapy becomes a space to gently understand what you have carried, untangle past experiences, and reconnect with yourself and the present.
I recognise that our experiences are shaped by identities and social contexts such as caste, religion, gender, sexuality, ability, and class. I approach these intersections with openness, sensitivity, and a willingness to learn.

Once you fill out the form, I will get in touch with you to schedule a 20-minute free discovery call.
During this call, do feel free to clarify any queries you may have related to the counselling process, and how the sessions are conducted.
While you may continue to clear your doubts as the sessions progress, the discovery call also gives you a sense of whether you trust the space, and look forward to embarking on this journey together.
